I almost never write book reviews, but in this case I feel the title of this book is extremely misleading. The explanation of "creative financing" techniques literally ends on page 19. The rest is a bunch of filler on negotiation, why buyers and sellers would want to use creative financing, and sample contracts used as filler.

By the way, the only two creative financing techniques explained in the book are lease options and having the seller carry a 2nd. If you're even vaguely familiar with these, you won't get anything out of this book; the explanations are very superficial. As I said, the explanations of these techniques end on page 19; no depth whatsoever. I was extremely disappointed.

If you're looking to learn creative financing, look elsewhere. This book was a complete waste of money for me.

When they say 170+ pages they are talking BIG pages jam packed with useful information. This book is not full of 'fluff and stories' like many of the courses I have purchased. Every page is high-impact with TONS of useful information. Not a light read instead it is full of VERY useful material. We learned so much that we did not know and the book clarified a lot of vital points for us regarding things we thought we understood. We are not beginning investors (10 years into our real estate investment) but the material taught SO much we never knew. I would say we couldn't do without the information! Novice or experienced investor-I definitely recommend reading this book.
